Basic Training

THE SCENE:
Not that cold but still cold as I remeber.

 

WARM-O-RAMA:
the motivator, daisy pickers and imperial walkers, almost 1 mile mosey

THA-THANG:
POST 1:30 secs merks, 30 secs mountain climbers alternate between the two for 1 minute, Jump “rope” for 1min

POST 2 : 30secs frog jumps, 30 secs freddy mercury’s alternate for 2 mins, then 50 side shuttle hops and 15 burpees

POST 3: 30sec plank and 30 secs pick pockets alternating for 3 mins, then 15 lunge jumps 2=1

POST 4: 30 secs hangin knee ups, 30 secs merks alternating for 2 mins, then 1 min bear crawl

1 mile jog back to start “x”

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Closing down the ruins for the holidays.  No workouts on 12/24, 12/29, or 12/31.  Will resume normal schedule on 1/5/2021
