20 x shh 20 x iw light mosey
THA-THANG:
10 min circuit round.. 10 burpees, 20 plank shoulder taps, 30 sumo squats, and 40 starfish crunches.rinse and repeat for 10 min. we went on a mosey to look for chokers brick in the bartlett veterans park. Someone finally found it.. 10 merkins, 20 mountain climbers,  30 squats, 40 plank jacks, 50 freddie mercurys.. Indian run to stardex followed by 10 merkins, 20 standing lunges, 30 i cant remembers, 40 ssh and 50 lbcs .
