Barracks Saturday 2/8

THE SCENE:
Gus asked me to do this the night before, then he wasn’t even there. Just Dawson and me.

WARM-O-RAMA:
Warm-up lap. Mosey back around to pull-up bars. Did a few arm circles and warm-up movements. Gus finally arrived just in time for The Thang.

THA-THANG:
5 pull-ups; 10 dips; 15 merkins; 20 squats; run 400m OYO

Rinse and repeat for ~30 minutes. PAX finished 6-8 rounds.

Mosey to parking garage. Sprint the inclines, walk the flats, all the way to the top. Mosey back down and to the flags.

MARY:
Flutter kicks and WWI sit-ups.
