Mosey’d to pull-up bars for start. PAX challenged to hit 4 miles and 80 pull-ups. With 9:20’/mi pace and 4 minutes to complete 80 pull-ups, this is doable and proven out as several PAX did complete the full challenge. One PAX did more.
Run 1 lap (400 meters), do 5 pull-ups, run 1 lap (400 meters), do 5 pull-ups…..rinse and repeat to 16 laps and 80 pull-ups total.

Challenge you men to push yourselves to new fitness peaks this year. You can do more than you think you can. Push ups, miles, pull ups, sit-ups, APFT, marathon, half marathons, ironman, triathlons, whatever is that stretch you’ve not done yet….Put your mind to do it, tell somebody, and do it.
MOLESKIN:
Today’s run allowed for some great conversation amongst PAX who got to run together on various laps. We need more 2nd F in our lives. I picked Hobo up in Germantown on the way and enjoyed some great discussion with him in the drive, Easily Amused for some laps, Upgrade for some PreRun discussion. IT WAS A GREAT MORNING OF 1ST AND 2ND F ALL MIXED UP!
