Nature Boy- minion cooper 1 burpee filled by a lap, 2 burpees and a lap, 3 burpees and a lap, 4 burpees and a lap.
Dawson- 1 pax Bear crawls 100m away other 3 pax are doing a stationary exercise then mosey to bear crawler as they approach the end of the 100m. Switch exercise and a new pax does the bear crawl. Did this 1 whole lap (4×100 bear crawl relay). Exercises: squats, plank, LBCs, Merkins
Chiocetti- pull-ups and dips reps of 5,6,6,7
Gus- mosey to midfield, sprint to goal line x4
Gus- WWI sit-ups, Jane Fonda’s, March of the Penguins… ended on a 2 minute plank
