Ruck Merkin/Squat Mile(s)
Ruck up and move. Stop every 1/4 mile to perform 25 ruck merkins. After two rounds my back was really feeling the ruck swings we did at Tuesday’s workout, so I Omaha’d and let each PAX decide between Merkins and Squats after each 1/4 lap. 2 miles and 200 reps were completed.
