We did a series of laps around the McWherter with every half-lap signaling a new exercise. Small talk included remarks about how cold it was, results of the College Football Playoff, and how cold it was. The word of the day was Escalating. So:

5 Burpees, ½ Lap Mosey; 10 Burpees; ½ Lap Mosey; 15 Merkins; ½ Lap Lunges; 20 Merkins; ½ Lap Lunges; 25 Big Boy Sit Ups; ½ Lap Crawl; 30 Big Boy Sit Ups; ¼ Lap Crawl; 20 Big Boy Sit Ups; ¼ Lap Crawl; ½ Lap Backwards Mosey; 10 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 Squats;  ½ Lap Backwards; Mosey 60 Sec. Plank.
