B.O.M.B.S Bingo

A revised version of B.O.M.B.S in Bingo form. QIC originally AO Q’s The Berm location, home to a senior center where Bingo runs rampant.  Q created Bingo cards using the letters in B.O.M.B.S and split the typical number of reps used in B.O.M.B.S into various increments to be used on the Bingo card (see pic below for example).  If “B-15” was called, all PAX did 15 burpees.  If “S-100” was called, all PAX did 100 squats, so on and so forth til “Bingo” was reached.  Exercises for B.O.M.B.S card was burpees, overhead thrusts (with coupon), merkins, big boy situps, and squats. A second Bingo card that actually spelled BINGO was used for the second set.  Exercised for second Bingo card were burpees, imperial walkers, Nolan Ryans, gas pumps, and outlaws.  Rinsed, alternated, and repeated between the 2 cards (x3).

Soooo much Mary was incorporated into Tha Thang

10 PAX: White Castle, Woodpecker, Shoestring, Phat Pat, Big Al, Granola, Moana, Green Monster, Orange Julius, and Bruce

Q shared a podcast by Chuck Swindoll that his dad sent over the topic of leadership and integrity.  Q talked about integrity (quality of being honest and having strong moral principles while not swaying from those morals).  Whether we are completing reps at a workout, leading the family at home, talking with friends or strangers, or completing projects at work; how we handle situations and ourselves and others during those situations defines us.  As leaders, we should maintain integrity in everything we do and stand forthright in our beliefs whether someone else sees them as wrong or inconvenient.  Link to podcast: http://www.insight.org/resources/insights-by-topic/leadership

The wind was fierce and cold this morning, but it didn’t stop 10 HIM from getting a few rounds of Bingo in and punching Monday in the face.
