CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak.
– Sun Tzu, The Art of War
We all have strengths and weaknesses – we tend to rely on our strengths and ignore our weaknesses. Until we seek out and address our weaknesses, they will always exist.
‘When you Q it’s not about you.’ – but it can be… While variety in the workouts can be fun, and throwing in games and new challenges are always welcomed, YHC wanted to get back to the basics – running and basic bodyweight exercises. YHC can carry heavy stuff all day and move large objects, but the primary weaknesses were addressed today. Yes, Zima made everyone run. And YHC hated every second of it.
Prayed over Tool Time’s son, Knox, who is heading to Vanderbilt this week for some work on a congenital heart issue. Apparently not a ‘major surgery’, but we take nothing for granted – prayers lifted.
If you haven’t signed up for GrowRuck and are unsure about it, please make time to check the Fence Sitter Call tonight at 8 PM. If finances are an issue, talk to Bruce. If you’re just nervous, sign up anyway – if Zima can do, anybody can do it…
