Part 1

*3 PAX carried 1 tractor tire to new STARTEX

>ROUND 1:
*PAX moved in a single file line taking turns flipping tire x5 flips/ea.  Once 1   PAX flipped tire x5 he would step to left, run backwards to get in back of line.
*PAX form of transportation: Bear Crawl until all PAX had completed this rotation

**PAX continued flipping tire x5 flips/ea while mixing up the mode of transportation after all PAX completed each round.

>ROUND 2: Transportation: Squat Walk while PAX flipped tire

>ROUND 3: Transportation: Lunge (R)-Lunge (L)-Squat while PAX flipped tire

**PAX paused before starting next round:
