When doing 11’s, Curls with a CMU is probably a little too easy. Curls might go betters in a set of 21’s. I intend to include Thrusters in all my workouts until they feel as easy as curls. Even though it was raining a little no one was soaking wet. I like this new Backblast post method, this is easy, I might do this again.
Christmas is next week, don’t forget it. Get back to F3 now in December so that your January workouts will not be so bad.
