The Thang: An Exercise in Thankfulness
After every exercise, mosey around the building with coupon, then do Al Gore till all in.
Incline WWII Sit ups x 30: PAX lay on the Berm with feet elevated.
Ascending Merkins x 100: PAX start in plank position. First PAX does a merkin and shouts “ONE” on the up. Next PAX begins their push up. On the up, shouts “TWO!” Etc.
Mountain Climbers x 25 (4 = 1).
Tony Hawk Burpee x 15: Add a 360° turn on the jump.
Hot Potato Line: PAX on six, alternate facing. Pass a coupon down the line then run with coupon to beginning of line.
Absolutions x 15: Feet up, feet back, down on elbow, down on other elbow, feet out, feet in, up on one arm, up on the other arm.
Nolan Ryan x 10 each side: Start in a side plank position with your ungrounded arm extended. Complete a punching motion as if someone were under your other arm.
Kraken Burpee x 10: Burpee with three hand release merkins.
Forest to the Sea: Bear crawl to island, crab walk around, bear crawl back.
Up downs x 10: High knees x 2 (2 = 1) then 1 merkin.
Lunge walk till 6:15 (about a minute)

COT / BOM: The PAX went around the circle giving thanks for God’s blessings this past year. YHC is particularly thankful for the Christian friends God has blessed him with over the past year.
