Round 1:
- PAX line up side by side facing East end of parking lot
- PAX #1 performs designated transportation whilst the remaining PAX performed the designated exercises AMRAP until each PAX transported down and back. Upon return of PAX 1, then PAX 2 would release and transport himself while PAX 1 and remaining PAX would perform exercises. Repeat until all PAX transported down and back before moving onto new transportation and new exercise.
- Run down then run backwards during return/SSH
- Bear crawl down then crawl bear during return/LBC
- Karaoke (grapevine) down then change direction during return/SQUATS
- High Knee Skip down then back/MERKINS and PLANK (alternating sets when new PAX transported)
