AMRAP and LOCHTES

THE SCENE:
Cold!!!! Nuff said!!

F3 WELCOME & DISCLAIMER:

Everybody welcomed and disclaim F3 style.  Even advised to keep clothes on!

WARM-O-RAMA:
The following in cadence: SSH 20x, high knees 15x, butt kicks 15x, daisy pickers 10x

THA-THANG:
AMRAP 12 minutes of the following:

7 sandbag deadlines

7 sandbag cleans

7 sandbag front squats

7 sandbag shoulder presses.

The original plan was to work through several AMRAP if we had odd numbers, but fortunately Finch showed up and gave us even numbers.  So I called an audible and switched over to LOCHTES! Modified to movements performed with ruck.  Partner carried 60# sandbag.

60 Lunges

60 Overhead

60 Curls

60 Hang Cleans

60 Turkish Get ups

60 Extensions

60 Squats.

Unfortunately, we only made it to the T due to time.  I proclaim LOCHTES a monthly sandbag barracks workout!!

MARY:

Sandbag slams for the last 3 minutes.  Alternating with your partner.
