All you guys are weird! You are not normal…….

THE SCENE:
It was cold, very cold.  It has just snowed the night before.  We must have had at least an inch of snow on the ground (Oh my gosh!).   Meanwhile, as I approached the startex, I was approached by a HIM.  @DollarTree was just an FNG two days ago, now he was back for more F3….half hug shoulder bump, boom, done….lets get it!

F3 WELCOME & DISCLAIMER

We had one FNG.  Disclaim and encouragement provided.  I told the HIM’s they were weird; not normal.  “you guys are getting out of bed at 0430 to workout in the parking lot of some park in the middle of the cold.  All good….lets get it.

WARM-O-RAMA:

  • 20 SSH
  • 15 DPer’s
  • 20 Arm Circles front and back
  • 20 slow squats
  • 15 slow merkins
  • 20 Mike Phelps…..lets get it…

THA-THANG:
Pyramid work out.  10 exercises starting with 5 reps and increasing 5 each time.  5, 10, 15….you get it.

In between each set we would run…on a couple of sets we mixed it up with some other cardio.

The HIMS were smoked!   They begged for mercy but kept asking for more….I said you guys are weird.
