THE SCENE: Perfect weather for a workout. It’s always cooler on the bluff though, went back for gloves prior to the pre-run. Moon was full and added great scenery to the first half of the workout as it set over the Mighty Mississippi.

Tempo Mosey down the South Bluff Steps and over to the Tom Lee Statue
Round 1: 50 Box Jumps, 25 Derkins, Dips till all in
Tempo Mosey to the pull-ups station
Round 2: 40 Burpees, 40 Pull-ups (Break them up as you like) Dips/Flutter kicks till all in
Tempo Mosey to Beale St Landing
Round 3: 11s- 10 Plank Jacks at the bottom of the landing hill, 1 Bonnie Blair at the top (2=1), sprinting in between. Shaved off the last round for time.
