A Little Karaoke and a Passport

Arm Circles x 15 (forward and backward)

THA-THANG:
PAX moseyed to the Tennis Courts and did 4 laps around the courts alternating between karaoke and backwards.  PAX moseyed to the Pavilion. At the Pavilion, there were 5 exercise stations which are listed below; PAX completed 20 reps of a exercise then rotated to the next station until all 5 stations were completed.

Arm Curls/Reverse Crunch

Dips/Little Baby Crunches

Derkins/Flutter Kicks

Shoulder Press/Big Boy Situps

Merkins/Nolan Ryans

After PAX completed the stations above, PAX moseyed along the track; at the 1/4 mile mark, PAX did 25 squats; at the next 1/4 mile mark, PAX did 25 monkey humpers.  PAX moseyed to the Pavilion and sat on the wall for 60 seconds.  PAX then did a rinse-and-repeat of the 5 exercise stations listed above (20 reps each).

MARY:

Mary consisted a dealers choice of the following;  V-ups, ABCs, Flutter Kicks

COUNT-OFF & NAME-O-RAMA
6 total PAX were present including one FNG:  Tree Hugger, Soulja Boy, Bruce, Shoestring, Tiger Lilly, and FNG (Passport)

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
I shared my appreciation to the PAX; I was not completely prepared for the workout and did some impromptu exercises and everything worked out.
