THE SCENE: It was a chilly low 30 deg weather with dew on the grass as Soulja Boy pointed that out

THA-THANG:
One PAX would ran a lap around the parking while the others completed the following:

  • 10 burpees
  • 20 merkins
  • 30 squats

2 rounds were completed.

Two elevens excersies under the pavilion

1st included inclined merkins and bench hops

2nd included monkey humpers and dips

PAXs completed a short jog to the tennis courts around the inside of the courts and back to the pavilion
