Good mumble chatter throughout. Many PAX questioned whether Colt 60 and Colt 75 actually exist. Good conversation on the best Mary exercises. YHC considers the low plank and LBC to be the best. Others had their own (wrong) opinions. YHC regretted this workout the next day.
