THA-THANG:
Squat Mile – Run a mile, stopping every 0.25 mile to do 25 squats

Bear-muda Triangle – PAX split into 3 groups of 3 with each group at a cone set 30 yards apart from each other in a triangle. Bear crawl to first cone, do 3 burpees, bear crawl to next cone. Rinse and repeat til back to start. Did 3 rounds alternating with lunge walk/10 Merkins and side lunge/3 burpees.

Wall Sits – PAX on end runs around building while others hold wall sit. Alternate with low plank and wall sit while everyone takes turns running around building.
