-Take another lap around parking lot and return to Baseball field to rinse and repeat Box Jumps, Dips, Inclined Merkins, SSH and Burpees
-Mosey to 1st cone and complete 20 Squat Jumps then AL Gore or hold Plank until all in
-Mosey to 2nd cone and complete 20 Seal Merkins then AL Gore or hold Plank until all in
-Mosey to 3rd cone and complete 20 Big Boy Sit ups then AL Gore or hold Plank until all in
