Marker was placed at goal line and at 50 yard mark. PAX lined up and started on goal line.  PAX completed 1 merkin at start, ran to 50 yard mark, completed 30 big boy situps, ran back to start, completed 2 squats, ran to 50 yard mark, completed 29 big boy situps, and ran back to start. Rinse and repeat, subtracting and adding a rep on each end so that the count equals 31.  Modify as necessary. Modifications for big boy situps included LBCs and flutterkicks.

Complacency  – uncritical satisfaction with one’s self or one’s achievements. We are all prone to being complacent at some point in our lives. Hence why we are here at F3. To avoid being complacent. Joshua 1:1-9 depicts Joshua being installed as a leader following the death of Moses. The Lord encourages us to be strong and courageous and to keep the Book of the Law always on our lips for then we will be prosperous and successful. Do not be complacent for familiarity breeds contempt. Look around you and society today. The next generation riding the coattails of their parents with no desire to work. Complacency. All great civilizations have followed a similar sequence before falling: from bondage to spiritual faith, faith to courage, courage to strength, strength to liberty, liberty to abundance, abundance to leisure, leisure to selfishness, selfishness to complacency, complacency to apathy, apathy to dependency, dependency to weakness, and from weakness back to bondage. As a society (primarily here in the US), we are becoming complacent through our desire for abundance and leisure. Fight those desires and do not settle. DO NOT be complacent.

YHC was humbled to be with 11 other PAX this gloom to celebrate his 31st birthday. No better way to start it than a good beatdown with brothers.
