Start in plank position. Murcan every time he says “Lake”, mountain climber for “park”, jump up like burpee for “Santa Fe”

Mosey to LATs closest to bike rack. Ran a lap around the circle around the LATs.

Partner up. Between partners, 100 Murcans, 100 Iurcans, 100 Durcans (modified to 50 Durcans for time sake). While one partner is doing exercises, the other partner is moseys the lap around LATs. Crunches until all in.

Mosey to wooden boxes by arc. One partner moseys to playground, does 10 KTEs (modify: big boy sit ups), and comes back. While partner is gone, other partner does box jumps (modify: step ups or squat jumps) until partner returns.

MARY:
2 minutes of bear crawl sprints (ended up being 4 10-15 yd sprints)
