Simple Circuit/Ladder. Went down the parking lot to marked locations doing designated workouts, increased the reps by 5 at each stop. Bear Crawled/Crab Walked all the way back to start. Started the down the list again with decreased reps the 2nd time though.

Got done earlier than expected, extra long Mary. Lifted a picnic table for about 60 seconds as an experiment for future Qs.
