Handsy Forgot to Give Me a Title

Did it.

WARM-O-RAMA:

  • SSH (IC) – 50
  • Windmill (IC) – 10
  • IW (IC) – 12
  • Hillbillies (IC) – 12
  • Tempo Merkins (IC) – 10
  • Arm circles (IC) – 20

THA-THANG:
Mosey to playground

Round 1:

  • 12 Pull-ups
  • 30 Derkins (on benches)
  • 30 BBSU’s
  • 30 Dips (on benches)

In between each exercise set, lunge walk to path (~30′) then reverse lunge walk back

Subsequent rounds:

  • 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 pull-ups
  • 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 Derkins, BBSU’s, Dips

After the first two rounds we did a mosey lap around the playground. After that we just did a 20 count between rounds.

We finished the final round with just enough time to mosey back to startex.

MARY:
No time for that. And we did a total of 105 BBSU’s during the thang. nuff said.

A few of us had planned on getting some interval run laps on the track afterwards…but we were too spent after BC to even think about running.
