5 Ruck Swings

6 Merkins

7 Big Boy Sit-ups

8 Mountain Climbers (2 is 1)

9 Squats

10 Ruck Curls

11 Ruck Presses

12 4-count Flutter Kicks

Perform rounds 1, then 2,1, then 3,2,1, etc. Hold Al Gore til all in each round.

Ruck a lap around the track (1/4 mile) every 3 rounds due to time. Total 4 laps (1 Mile).

Rucked another mile til time.
