12 Days of Christmas (almost)

The Thang:

 

12 Days of Christmas workout.  Just like the song, PAX completed a new movement for each day, and worked back to day 1 each round.  A handful of PAX completed the workout with rucks on.

 

Day 1 – Run lap around parking lot.

Day 2 – 2 Standing Lunges

Day 3 – 3 Sumo Squats

Day 4 – 4 Flutter Kicks

Day 5 – 5 Big Boy Burpees (chest to ground, then feet off ground with jump)

Day 6 – 6 Jump Squats

Day 7 – 7 Ruck Thrusters (concrete blocks were used by some PAX)

Day 8 – 8 8-count Body Builders

Day 9 – 9 Backward Lunges

Day 10 – 10 Bicep Curls

Day 11 – 11 Push Ups

Day 12 – 12 Overhead Squats

 

PAX made it to Day 10 and decided to skip to Day 12 to try to finish before time was up.  Because of the oxygen deprivation of QIC, the workout was ended on Day 7.

 

Count-o-Rama/Name-O-Rama

 

COT:  QIC encouraged the PAX to remember that one quality of a good leader is seeking out and listening to the advice of someone wiser and more experienced than themselves.

 

Prayers for Casey (Four Eyes’ friend looking for work) and Tiny’s mom.

 

Moleskin:  QIC is frustrated that his last two workouts have gone to long – leaving no time for Mary.  Rucks make any workout especially painful.  Shout out to Shoestring, Mama’s Boy, and Four Eyes for completing the workout with rucks!
