1 Round of Rope: Each Pax picked an exercise and then that pax did 50 reps of a jump rope while the other pax did the selected exercise AMRAP. One full rotation of PAX

Mosey to the Pavilion for some 11s.
1 round of 11s with wide merkins and squats.

Presented the focus question from One Thing (What one thing can you do right now that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?) and discussed how I was attempting to apply that at work.
MOLESKIN:
Got a jump rope for Christmas and have been waiting to include it in a workout. Everyone seemed to enjoy “round of rope” and everyone improved their rope skills each round! Also, Sleep Number put us all to shame on the rope!
