11/11 – Beat the Rain

To honor Veteran’s Day and 11/11 we focused on the # 11.
- 11 Min AMRAP
- 11 Merkins
- 11 Big Boy Situps
- 11 Bonnie Blair’s
- 11 Squats
- 11 Min AMRAP
- 11 Burpees
- 11 LBC
- 11 jumping squats
- 11 shoulder touches
- Grabbed CMUs and did 8 Rounds of Bicep Curls X 20 reps with 11 sec rest in between each set IC
- Using the short side of the court we did 11s starting with 1 Merkin and 10 Squats side Shuffling in between
- Circled back up for 11 Leg Flutters IC
- Held various styles of plank for the remaining 4 mins.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
Talked about really focusing on what matters. Everyday we are hit with a hundred different distractions but we all need to find the time to really work on the important stuff(Kids, Wives, friends, work, relationships in general, etc) Gave an example about my teenage kids who if I don’t consciously make an effort to setup time with them to hear whats going on during their day-they’ll do their own thing and so I’ve made a concerted effort to block time to spend with them even if sometimes they don’t want too…
