10s and 11s and 11s and 10s

THA-THANG:
Mosey to the hill for 10s. Do 10 LBCs at top of hill, run to the bottom and do 1 lunge. Run back up to the top of the hill and do 10 LBCs. Run to the bottom of the hill and do 2 lunges. Do 10 LBCs every time you reach the top of the the hill, and escalate rep count at bottom for LBCs from 1 all the way up to 10.

Mosey to parking lot for 11s. Do 1 squat at point A. Run to otherside of island in parking lot at point B for 10 merkins. Then 2 squats at point A and 9 Merkins at point B. Keep escalating rep count at point A and de-escalating rep count at point B, collectively hitting a total of 11 until you’re down to 1 Merkin at point B.

Mosey to pavillions for 11s. Dips and Box jumps, using the bench on the table to both exercises.

Mosey to startex for 10s (see up above for my description of what 10s are). You’re going to hit 10 BBSUs every time, and escalate up from 1 to 10 for Burpees. So you do 10 BBSUs and 1 Burpee, then 10 BBSUs and 2 Burpees, etc, until you reach 10 Burpee count.
