1 Mile Tire Flip

Can you tire flip a mile in 45 minutes?

THE SCENE:

Gone and got cold again.

10 HRRM OYO

10 Shoulder Curls

20 Arm Circles

15 Imperial Walkers

THA-THANG:

The goal is to tire flip a mile in 45 min Indian Run style.  Each PAX flips the tire five times and then lets the next PAX take over.  After two rotations of all the PAX everyone does hand release-release merkins.  Throw in a trivia card for extra fun and HRRMs.  Then rinse and repeat.

Intended for everyone to have a ruck, but not everyone did.  Luckily we had 6 guys, 3 rucks, and 3 sandbags.  Each PAX with a sandbag paired up with a PAX with a ruck so they could hand off the sandbag while tire flipping.

MOLESKIN:

First time attempt with this.  For next time will mix the trivia and stopping and will call out movements for AX not flipping the tire.
